All fees for services are outlined in individual proposals or service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, payments are due within 14 days of invoice date. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and online payment platforms.
Invoices not paid within the specified period may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. Gekuze reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, fees for completed work or services already rendered are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our team for consideration.
Client Materials: All materials provided by the client remain the property of the client. By providing such materials, the client grants Gekuze a non-exclusive license to use them for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables created specifically for them. However, Gekuze retains the right to use such work for portfolio purposes, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pre-existing Materials: Gekuze retains all rights to methodologies, processes, templates, and tools developed independently of client projects.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation extends beyond the termination of services and includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial information, customer data, and unpublished marketing materials.
Gekuze strives to deliver high-quality marketing services but cannot guarantee specific results such as sales figures, traffic numbers, or conversion rates, as these depend on multiple factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Gekuze will provide all completed work and return any client materials upon receipt of final payment.
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with the venue being London, United Kingdom.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
